Enterprise Resource Planning Solution for Law Offices

Goal:

Our major goal was to create a unified and streamlined system that would contain all of the data and events that were encountered daily in the client's law practice tasks, such as: clients, contacts, cases, hearings, court staff info, scheduling, and planning.

Challenges:

Our greatest challenge while developing this project was the implementation of an optimized web application that will unite the requirements and provide a single point for creating, editing, and viewing different entities such as clients, contacts, cases, hearings, etc.

Highlights:

This project enabled our client to drastically improve their planning and organizatianal tasks. We have delivered a solution which allowed them to move on from using multiple different 3rd party software solutions and a lot of spreadsheets, to one centralized system.
